Body - experience how refreshing a good stretch feels and then learn Progressive Muscle Relaxation, an effective relaxation exercise. Spirit - learn a simple, five step procedure to connect with inner wisdom, the vital source of guidance from within. This program is available in a 1/2 day format or can be broken down into three successive 60 minute presentations. Goal Setting: The Key to Achieving Your GoalsParticipants are guided to visualize their long term personal and professional goals.
